Cancel by text message
Send the keyword for your operator to the short code below. The subscription ends when the confirmation arrives.

Send it from the mobile number the subscription is billed to, otherwise the operator cannot match it.
Cancellation takes effect as soon as you get the confirmation message. There is no notice period.
No app and no account login needed. A plain SMS is enough.
Refund policy
Refunds are handled by the care team at help@gameverse-lt.com.
- You can request a refund within 30 days of the charge appearing on your mobile account.
- Send the request to help@gameverse-lt.com from the address or mobile number linked to the subscription.
- Include the mobile number that was billed, your operator, and the date and amount of the charge.
- Requests are reviewed individually and you get a written answer with the outcome and the reason for it.
- Approved refunds are returned through your operator, which can take up to 7 to 10 working days to appear.
- A refund does not cancel the subscription. Send the keyword above as well if you also want billing to stop.
- Charges older than the refund window can still be reviewed, but they are decided case by case.
